Wanna Trade?

This is a typical evening at our house. I have my black kitty monster that pesters me all day, then her Dad comes home for work, and I try to pawn her off on him. She's adorable, but a whole day of being followed around and her trying to lay on my projects just...well...Mom needs a break!

These guys are from Ildi Company. Ildi's having a special - you can buy all 10 images for $20!

Aren't they adorable? Sassy attitudes that can fit almost any occasion! And coloring them is such a breeze. I used my prismacolors with odorless mineral spirits here, and sponged up the background. I used the Digital Tuesday Challenge sketch but my image didn't quite fit the way the sketch lay.

I used Gina K Designs pure luxury base weight cardstock - I love how well this cardstock takes Nestabilities impressions. PP is K & Co., buttons are from Basic Grey, and ink is Colorbox copper, and Ranger fired brick distressing ink.

I hope you enjoyed checking this out - it was such fun to put together!
Ta for now, ~ky

  5. What a cute card!

I am totally with you about the kitty monster. We just adopted a furbaby last week, and he wants to be where ever we are right in the middle of what ever we are doing. If we're watching TV, he's in our lap. If I'm crafting, he trying to get into my lap...or getting into all my stuff...or trying to lay on my project (you get the drift). The only problem is that we BOTH work, so pawning him off is harder to do! =D

  8. Love your work! How long have you been making cards? Do you make scrapbook pages as well? A few friends and I get together to make cards each week. If you are ever in Las Vegas Nevada, stop on over for a day of paper crafting. Sherrill Graff istmpnv@aol.com

  9. I love that you used these two images together. I have 2 kitties, and Evie (the yellow one), is ALWAYS getting in the middle of me and creating, LOL.

Welcome to the Bunny Nest! I host rescued animals in a small in-home setting. Currently, I host 3 bunnies and 2 kitties. These animals will be socialized and housed for the entirety of their lives in my home. They inspire my crafts, and I use any proceeds to pay for their needs. Thanks for visiting!
