You know I'm nuts about ink blending. I really really really love it. I'm sharing a little video about how I make make multiples using this technique. This set of eight cards used Distress Inks, but the video uses Stampin' Up! There are 2 in each color combo. Any dye-based ink can be used in this manner.
I know many crafters who are NOT fans of multiples. To me they are soothing. My little video will show you how I set things up for success. The key is making a plan and having everything set so it goes smoothly.

Really love how you did this!! Do you think it would come out looking anything like this using sponge brayers? And how do you laminate your template? The final look is fantastic!!!!
ReplyDeleteHello, Ann! I haven't used the sponge brayer, but it seems too lightweight to the pressure and saturation needed for this technique. Give it a try! After all, it's just paper and ink! I have a laminator - I cut the desired section out of typing paper, put it in a laminating sheet, and ran it through. Then I cut away the lamination over the desired opening. If you don't have access to a laminator, your local office supply may laminate for you.
