Thank you for the fun giveaway! I am a card maker and actually began as a scrapbooker years ago but always had trouble working around the photos. Cards are a smaller project and I can try new techniques without worrying about photo layouts. I love using my Big Shot die cut machine and trying to improve my coloring skills. Happy 2018!!
ReplyDeleteI love papercrafting. This past may, I received an Inspired Bible for creative journaling. Either prize will work for me as the bible journaling giveaway would encourage me to get busy. I think I have only colored or journaled in it 3 times since I received it.

ReplyDeleteI started as a scrapbooker...just hoping to keep a record of God's goodness to our family. That led to card making which I also adore. Last year, I started with some Bible journaling and am still working on my style, but find it to be a blessing. My favorite Christmas gift was a shopping spree at a stamp store we found while traveling. Everything was half off...I purchased more goodies than I have ever had at one time. Right now, I am obsessed with finding my TH scissors that went missing during a last-minute crafting frenzy to complete a scrapbook for gift giving. Glad to have found your blog!
ReplyDeleteI am a card maker. Love creating something on my own.
ReplyDeleteI am a card maker these days. But I started in crafting when my mom taught me how to cross stitch when I was 21. And then it turned into scrapbooking and then card making. Thank you for such an awesome giveaway. Hope your 2018 will be a blessed one. rebyah1 @ gmail dotcom

I'm a card maker and scrapbooker, drawn to it by my crafty friends. Most often used tool lately is my MISTI. I haven't bought my Christmas present yet :)

DeleteI am a card maker who started as a scrapbooker back in 1988 when my son was a baby. I've just been doing paper crafts continually since then! I've always been obsessed with punches and punch art, and my newest tool obsession is using dies in my big shot. Something special from Christmas for our family was seeing my mom healthy and thriving again! Just one month earlier, the doctors said that she experienced a miracle that has no medical explanation. To go from scared to death a month earlier that my mom had a fatal disease (P.C.---I can't even say the two words now!!), and to have her no longer have any sign of it was definitely something special for us to be thankful for at Christmas. Thanks for giving away awesome prizes for this blog hop!! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! Thank you for sharing your talent with us. I have wanted to start Bible journaling, but haven't. I do love to make cards.
ReplyDeleteI love to make cards and scrapbook family events. I would be proud to win either kit, and thank you for the opportunity.

ReplyDeleteI bought my first stamp set years ago with a promise to myself that if I did get into this craft/hobby, I would not purchase greeting cards, and I’d always make them. That was about 20 years ago, and I’ve been true to my promise!
My current craft tool obsession is the MISTI. I don’t know how I’ve lived without it til now!
I didn’t get any special craft supplies for Christmas, but my DH did get me 5 lovely Pandora charms, and I think they are extra special, and so is he!

I am a card maker and scrapbooker. I was first drawn into it by my sister-in-law who scrapbooks a little bit and created some beautiful pages. I started dabbling and then a friend invited me to a CTMH party hosted by her friend and I have been addicted ever since. I moved into cards after taking technique classes that always focused on cards, so now I do both. I think that I'm addicted to all craft supplies lol! I've been using a bunch of different tools lately, spreading out my love for the tools that I currently own. I'm hopoing to be more organized in my crafting this year!

Oops! I got so distracted by the bunnies, I forgot to include my favorite tool. It's an old one, but I still rely on my Cropadile all the time! It helps punch things I put into my planner, makes holes for brads, and so on. I love it! (Oh and I'm a cardmaker, in case this gets separated from my other comment.)

ReplyDeleteI'm a card maker and I love crafting. My favorite tool right now is my Sidekick!!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year. I am a card maker. I love the card you created.
ReplyDeleteI started paper crafting when I went in our local office supply store and it had a scrapbooking section. I went to a class and started scrapbooing a trip to Thailand I took with Compassion International and then my puppy. From there, I moved to stamping and making cards. It was faster and I didn't have a lot of scrapworthy events in my life! I'm not exactly obsessed with it, but I love the MISTI and use it almost every time I am able to make a card. I love that you have a Bible Journaling package to give away. I am a Christian but have never done Bible Journaling, so if I am chosen I would prefer the stamp set, however I'm sure I could find something to do with the other package as well. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI'm a card maker, and I started because I wanted to let my nieces know I was thinking about them while they lived overseas last year (with their parents, of course). I used to write long letters to my siblings while they were overseas, but my nieces are currently 3.5 and 2, so even now, words aren't really their thing, so I got into making cards. The sweetest fruit of this was at one point when I visited them, and I was watching a card-making video, and my older niece pointed to the screen and said "Auntie Lisa card!" so I know that she knows who they're from and that I love her and her sister. But anyway, will you believe that one of my favorite tools is scor-tape? I used to completely hate liquid glue. Now I get it somewhat, but I still love the ease of scor-tape and the knowledge that it will stay together no matter what.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway and happy crafty 2018 to you!I would choose the bible journaling prize.I wana try more techniques
ReplyDeleteI have a journaling Bible, but I haven't started much with it yet. I'd love to start though. My favorite tool is my cricut. I received lots of new paper and a quilling set for Christmas.

I love my Misti stamping tool and a good paper cutter! I didn't get a single scrapbooking item for Christmas, does my family EVEN know me?? Ha ha. Happy New Year!
