Wiped Out Wednesday!

It's been a busy week. I don't know why - it probably isn't really any busier than usual. I didn't get a card made today, but here's one from last week.

I used the Stamp TV release challenge by Donna to use her color block sketch. I really like that sketch. I decided to add some texture to the bottom squares and highlight them with Distress and white Memories inks.

I used Rupa Shevde's Magic of Christmas set, and some older My Mind's Eye paper I've hoarded - old school Christmas set called Frost (2006). I colored the dove with Copic markers. The next card also used the Magic of Christmas set, and our challenge was to use non-traditional colors for a Christmas card.

This time, it's my hoarded My Mind's Eye in Ooh La La for Him (2009). I tell ya, when I go back in time, I go waaaaay back! The sketch was by Amy Sheffer (ooh just LOVE her style!) for Verve.

Ok - it's time for me to start on the next round of challenges - I hope you follow along and join in! Don't forget, we've still got a big charity hop coming for Operation Julie's Smile! It's not too late to get involved. Over $1200 in prizes have been contributed to be split among the donors! Click the logo for more info.

Thanks for stopping by!

I adore comments. Make my day brighter and leave me some love!

Welcome to the Bunny Nest! I host rescued animals in a small in-home setting. Currently, I host 3 bunnies and 2 kitties. These animals will be socialized and housed for the entirety of their lives in my home. They inspire my crafts, and I use any proceeds to pay for their needs. Thanks for visiting!
